Hinduism is an encient civilization. Or the life style of a community where the guidance of life and disciplined life taught through the religious teachings.Followers of Hindu religion which is practiced primarily in India ,Nepal and in Srilanka believe that body is made up of Natural elements., earth, air, fire, water etc,.
The proper balance of these elements give you good health.

Religion should be a true guide to be with you as a partner in your life. The do’s and donts. The way how to travel and live entire your life span must be taught and guided by your religion. That’s why I said Hindu religion is the real religion every human being can be followed .

As the topic is having great depth just my view to be justified would like to invite you to the teachings of Hinduism is right as you take “soorya namaskar” after the bath you face towards The Sun for a while in the morning. MedicalScinence demands the human body needs sun lights in the morning for vitamin_D which is important for our health.

And ofcourse in the Hindu teachings on healthy living and ethical considerations culminate in spiritual objectives if the injunctions contained in the system are followed. Yoga is the system of bodily care that is conducive to such health ,which also corrects disease via the regulation of muscular action. A state of good health is within the reach of most persons if they cultivate habits that are conducive to physical and spiritual well being and ofcourse origin of Ayurvweda is from Hinduism.
